Influenced by William James' functional psychology, inspired by Milton Erickson's solution focused neuroplasticity, covering the requirements of basic human needs as described by Maslow, I developed the Creating Ease model with intuitive techniques for developing a set of fundamental EQ skills as automatic habits to improve your self-awareness, resilience, influence and relationships both at work and at home.
