  • You will get a couple techniques you can use for the rest of your life to quickly clear your mind and basic building blocks with Triplicates that will elevate your methodologies as a therapist, while boosting your confidence is a side effect 😊 

  • Each class you will learn a new skill, and each class is building up on the previous skill learned. These skills, these abilities will be acquired at the auto-pilot level, the limbic system.  

  • Triplicates are a very important part of this work, you will learn how to construct and deconstruct -via experience- States of Being. After a while you’ll be able to apply these numerous set of Triplicates in your practice an use them as an evaluation or diagnostic tool. 
  • The practices are designed to generate a series of a-ha moments for you to delightfully realize a comfortable increase in your competence as well, allowing your mind to explore ways in which you can advance your future. 

  • Each guiding will be recorded during class. After the class, I will also add Binaural Beats to the audio recordings, and make them available to you. Binaural beats for deep focus and study to use during the day and Delta range binaural beats you can use at night.  

  • Binaural beats will stimulate your brain to produce specific brain waves, which in turn will stimulate the production of neurotransmitters which in turn will produce happy hormones which will modulate emotional processes and register new memories to develop these new skills. 
This is neuro-linguistics in its most practical - applicable format. These triplicates can then become powerful embedded commands in your hypnotic suggestions for your clients. You will also be provided with a large number of triplicates along with the Concept of constructing and deconstructing triplicates so you can eventually make your own triplicates as needed in the situation at hand. This is Training and is Experiential. You will have The Experience by which training will occur. It is Conceptual for you to use in a way that is good for you.

You will be provided with numerous triplicates as conceptual communication And experiential learning to Generate States to Become an Identity (Affinity).

After a while you’ll be able to apply these numerous Triplicates in your practice and use it as an orientation or evaluation problem-solving tool.

Why do you need this?

  • Experiencing GENERATING a STATE- by Shifting your thoughts and choosing and feeling is a Deliberate Practice,  I've been practicing for the past 21 years and teaching it for the past 10 years.
  • Generating a State is a SKILL acquired by cognitive and behavioral processes which allows you to plan, monitor and regulate your thoughts, feelings and actions.
  • These intuitive thought-feeling practices  are designed to Generate States, from which both you as therapist and your client can benefit.
  •  States and emotions, moods and identities, are not acquired through didactic intellectual methods. Rather, they are evoked experientially.
  • These states, emotions are located in the limbic area of the brain, the emotional/social center.
  •  You will combine cognitive with intuitive methods to developing a new set of skills while we also make it fun.
  • By Experiencing these states you will increase acuity, become strategic and orient towards, with the use of triplicates as multilevel communication for both utilization and tailoring.
  • Using triplicates to Become-an-Identity, to Generate a State using arousal states for Conceptual realizations in a quite playful permissive way, to Create memories, for future use.
  • This is training and is Experiential. You will have The Experience by which training will occur. It is Conceptual for you to use in a way that is good for you.
  • This Experience is training the conscious mind to access resources from the unconscious intelligence to modulate your auto-pilot and shift you into a permanent elevated state.  This is done by Simultaneous Attention which increases your Acuity.
  • Attention is the first step in the learning process. 
  • We cannot understand, learn or remember that which we do not pay attention to. We do have the ability to choose to focus and concentrate on relevant stimuli, and ignore or allocate minimal attention resources to stimuli that are not important in the moment.  
  • Attention is what allows you to "tune out" information, sensations, and perceptions that are not relevant in the moment and instead focus your energy on the information and action that are important.  
  • Focusing is very important because it’s the gateway to all thinking: perception, memory, learning, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making.  Without good focus, all aspects of your ability to think will suffer ... if you can't focus effectively, you can't think effectively. 
  • Focusing, focalization is different from concentration. Focusing involves holding an open attention, a non-judgemental observation which is directly experienced but is not found in words, more like Simultaneous Attention.
  • You will be GUIDED to GENERATE A State , to Become an Identity, by which you can later elicit that state, by deliberate practice.
  • Once an Identity, a State is Generated, you can then direct it to your client to enhance the treatment and even to your loved ones to enhance the relationship.
  • This is something Milton Erickson did effortlessly, after he got bedridden by polio. He used his memories of being able to walk  --  to walk again.  He PRACTICED Deliberately!

  •  The limbic system is a part of the brain that regulates visceral autonomic processes – the auto pilot.
  • Emotional experiences otherwise known as emotional life are largely stored in the limbic system, and it critically affects the formation of memories, thus the auto-pilot you function from.
  •  Generating a State and increasing Acuity cannot be done intellectually, it is not didactic, it is all Experiential.

States and emotions, moods and identities, are not acquired through didactic intellectual methods. Rather, they are evoked experientially.

I highly recommend HEADPHONES for this class as this will be an Immersive EXPERIENCE, a laptop/desktop and not a smart phone if possible and a quiet room with comfortable sitting.

The most important thing to bring to class is CURIOSITY.  

Once you have Curiosity you will have an open mind and will be ready to construct and deconstruct your own patterns using triplicates.  

Once you learn how to generate an Experience, learn how to Embody a few triplicates, you will be guided to erase (yeap, with your will of course, erase) some old triplicates that no longer serve you, such as "invalidated + ignored + rejected" patterns which registered in the experiential memory during childhood or even later in life ...
