Carmen Sauciuc developed the Creating Ease Model© and founded the Creating Ease Movement with a set of intuitive skills as applied emotional intelligence to improve your self-awareness, resilience and relationships both at work and at home while dismantling self-sabotaging thought-patterns of unhealthy habits and insecurities.

Her approach is influenced by William James' functional psychology, inspired by Milton Erickson's solution focused neuroplasticity and seeks to address the requirements of basic human needs as described by Abraham Maslow.

She is board certified in NeuroLinguistic Hypnotherapy by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and NeuroLinguistic Programming, is trained with the Milton H. Erickson Foundation and is certified in several complementary modalities helping clients achieve their self actualization.

The core of Ericksonian therapy is the permissiveness between practitioner and the client. While the roles of practitioner and client remain distinct, neither are constricted by strict protocol; rather each are free to explore any ethical direction or possibility, elicited through the process of therapeutic discovery.  In this regard, Ericksonian therapy is a perspective of learning, healing, and growth that fosters flexibility in an ongoing adaptive way.

Carmen has created several innovative mind-body connection techniques (thought-feeling practices©) that are not available in conventional instructional methodologies. Maximizing the use of Neuroplasticity through a state of deeper absorption with a calm focused attention for retaining with the Muscle Memory, she expediently delivers these practical techniques with lasting effects.

Mindfulness is a state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, yet Carmen teaches Feel-fulness, how to achieve higher states of being by choosing desired feelings and using this shift as a therapeutic and self-healing technique. Possibilities are endless.

Carmen always had a high degree of self awareness and a great purity of mind. Understanding complex subjects coupled with the capability to break them down to smaller pieces for common sense understanding, comes easy to her. She teaches through motivation and inspiration, passionately inspiring others to increase their well-being.

Her strategy blends applied positive psychology within the context of holistic cognitive behavior, and she is devoted to helping people reach their best potential while increasing their well-being.

A Mensa member and an international best-selling author (Creating Ease, Creating Ease @Work), Carmen professes “all it takes is willingness,” is also a self-taught artist with an unwavering passion for enhanced performance, empowering her audience to nurture well-being in their everyday lives.

Academically trained in Economics and Financial Accounting, her professional endeavors in the corporate world offered opportunities that allowed her to develop systems of automation and increased performance efficiencies. Her motto “work less, accomplish more” coupled with her gained proficiency in streamlining business processes and procedures, enabled her to carry forward this expertise to other areas of life.

With a dedicated passion for Ease, Carmen was able to apply her approach to living systems, to one of the most important bio-systems being that of human behavior.  Thus, she became certified by the American board of Hypnotherapy and by the American board of Neurolinguistics.

With a high degree of self awareness from a young age and fascinated by Creation and Consciousness, Carmen Sauciuc passionately embarked on exploring the wider realms of human existence.  In her pursuit of ever deeper understanding of life and its underlying energies of creation, she uncovered a ton of hidden gems that ultimately empowered her to teach others how to create EASE in everyday life.

With persistence and determination, she was able to conquer dis-ease and chronic pain, a side-effect of celiac disease. Now, armed with a wealth of pragmatic knowledge, she is eagerly unveiling the underlying energies that are sabotaging our biology at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.  

Her teachings focus on consciously revealing the cycle of energetics affecting wellbeing, by creating a higher degree of awareness.  Thought comes second, awareness comes first.  Therefore, it is of utmost importance to know how to choose the thoughts that create Ease and then choose the feelings beyond the thoughts. Practicing these chosen thought-feelings result in a significant shift sate of being with a tangible shift in wisdom for creating ease in everyday life.

Since Creating Ease books are packed with applicable information and practical techniques, I took the time to convert the information into an online course (with downloadable eBook), thus being able to offer you the guided thought-feeling practices recorded in the audio format, as well as an opportunity to get a 1:1 with me if you wish.

Behavior and human practices are central to how we experience individual reality and I am happy to be able to guide you into Creating Ease and/or more ease into your life and the life of others.

The thought-feeling practices are not the same as positive thinking nor are the same as meditation, they are called practices because they are to be practiced.

Ease does not fall form the sky: we have to constantly tend to it.  In this day and age difficulties arise every other minute!

You might have noticed a higher intensity of life problems, a not-enough-time to get things done and a reduction in thinking throughout from one end to the other!  As most of us are not filthy rich, we are pushed to working more hours which leaves us with less time ...

So, how can we better manage the intensity of our lives? How can we flow with the ups and downs of life's waves while maintaining sanity, good health and well-being?

Are there methods we can implement to help us ride these waves with more Ease?

Can these methods be practiced individually or with groups? Can Ease be cultivated?
Yes, yes, and yes!

History is determined by consciousness and will!  Your personal history is determined by your consciousness and your will!

Ease is an achievable outcome by integrating a powerful new skill-set with freedom and choice, unleashing your innate potentials in rightfully regaining personal autonomy within unity consciousness, a togetherness of life.

Togetherness is a highly important aspect of life, it unites us, it gives us a sense of belonging and a much-needed support: where there's two (or more) the stability increases and the weakness disintegrates.

For the past several years I have been leading an extraordinary evolutionary process called Creating Ease, a re-unification of the Individual with the Collective, a Togetherness in rightfully regaining our personal sovereignty within the unity consciousness
that transcends the interpersonal realm.

Creating Ease is for the people, about the people, Together with people.

I brought this togetherness not only in personal group practices but within the workplace organization as well, and I witnessed some miraculous transformations within the people, a unity of mind, heart and soul, where all flowed seamlessly through the waves of life.

There is a sacred nurturing beyond the words, so listen with your heart, to hear what is communicated: it is the heart that unites
and it is the mind that separates.

Yet the most flexible part of the human body is the mind!  So what aspect of the mind separated you from Ease? From unity?
From togetherness? Which Thought patterns?

Liking or Disliking?
Poor health?
Broken heart?

Your individual beliefs and values coupled with your behavior is what constructs your reality.  

It comes from your mind through your behavior and it creates your experience of life.

In a Togetherness Consciousness, unifying the thought patterns is done by collaboration and cooperation without the need of followers, where each creation is owned and credited to individual creators and not allocated to private profits, but creating thought-patterns (and later behavior patterns) and products that satisfy human needs and benefits the collective through togetherness.

Togetherness in unity consciousness transcends the interpersonal realm:  Creating Ease is for the people, about the people, together with people.  

Unity consciousness is created by collaboration and cooperation, by contribution to the greater good.  In unity consciousness, leadership functions merely as a structure for connecting the needs of humans with the gifts of the creators, without scaling for personal profits, instead combining efficiency with relevance to not only satisfy the needs of people but to increase the well-being of everyone.

This is where I conceived the Creating Ease model from: satisfying human needs, regardless of their national origin, culture or color, the need for Respect, Success, Acceptance, Forgiveness and Love.  

A 360 degrees application of these thought-patterns and behaviors, giving, receiving and contributing these behaviors all at
the same time.

Creating Ease’ five steps of Creation are carefully paired with the five Ingredients of Ease:
Awareness - Respect,  Thought - Success,  Attention - Acceptance,  Choice - Forgiveness,  Action - Love.

1. Respect is [should be] a given. Respect yourself and simultaneously be aware of respecting others and respecting all of life.

2. Have your thoughts directed towards succeeding at each of your projects / endeavors while simultaneously acknowledging your
success and the success of others.

3. Have your attention on what is acceptable and what is not acceptable to you and be successful in accepting others as they are, while accepting that which cannot be changed by you.

4. Forgiveness is a choice that provides flexibility; while forgiveness is not  about approving, forgiving yourself and others enriches ease and well being, simultaneously for you and for the others.

5. Act /do /behave with love and out of love, together with respect, acceptance, forgiveness, being successful at it, expressing gratitude
simultaneously for yourself, for others and for all of life.

Redefining and applying these five ingredients of Ease to/from all 360 degrees and angles, will create Ease into your life and the life of others, and will usher you into fully shifting in Togetherness, in unity consciousness and staying there!  

Riding the waves of life from and with unity in togetherness, honoring each other and honoring overall life.
